Embodia offers multiple integrations with external platforms and software companies to make your workflow smoother and easier. We've outlined the integrations below and have included links to the relevant guides where you can learn more about each.

Mailchimp: connect your Mailchimp account on Embodia to grow your email list and seamlessly add patients to your email marketing strategy.  Learn more in this guide.

Google calendar: Embodia offers an integration with Google Calendar that will let you:

  • Sync your consults on Embodia to your Google Calendar;
  • Block off your schedule on Embodia if it conflicts with events created directly on Google Calendar.

Stripe: You can accept credit card payments directly through Embodia using the integration with Stripe, an online payment processor. Learn more in this guide.

Twilio for SMS reminders: By default, Embodia uses email to send your patients information and notifications about their account and upcoming consults. If you would also like to send SMS notifications to your patients about their upcoming consults, you can enable the SMS notifications on your account by connecting a valid Twilio account. TELUS eClaims: For practitioners and clinics based out of Canada, Embodia enables you to use direct billing to insurers via TELUS eClaims. This feature integrates seamlessly with the Embodia billing features, resulting in significant time savings and less administrative hassle. Learn more in these guides.

Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI): For practitioners and clinics based out of Ontario, Canada, Embodia enables you to submit Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) directly from Embodia. This feature integrates seamlessly with the Embodia billing features, resulting in significant time savings and less administrative hassle. Learn more in this video tutorial.

GreenSheild providerConnect: For practitioners and clinics based out of Canada, Embodia enables you to use direct billing to submit claims to GreenShield. This feature integrates seamlessly with the Embodia billing features, resulting in significant time savings and less administrative hassle. Learn more in these guides.

Zoom for Healthcare: Embodia provides an in-house telerehab solution that allows running one-on-one consults (up to 120 minutes per consult). This solution is HIPAA and PIPEDA-compliant. If you prefer running your consult through Zoom, Embodia also integrates with Zoom to allow you to connect your own Zoom for Healthcare account for Telerehabilitation, including group consults. Google Meet: For Tier 3 members (more info on our tiers here), you can also use Google Meet to run telerehab consults, including group consults. Learn more in this guide.

Webhooks to communicate with other applications: A webhook is one of the ways two applications can communicate with each other. If you use another application that can listen to webhooks, you can configure your Embodia account to send a webhook with the relevant information when a certain event happens on Embodia. Learn more in this guide.  This feature is for Tier 3 Members.
